The Fair showcases culture in its various formats, including high-end content that elevates the recipients' taste and knowledge and strengthens the concept of sustainability in our surroundings and daily life practices.

“World’s Cuisines” presents chefs from various cultures, many of whom are social media influencers such as the youngest Emirati chef twins - Maitha and Abdulrahman Al Hashmi - who obtained a professional culinary diploma from the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) accredited in the Middle East at the age of 13, chef Musabbeh Alkaabi from the UAE, famous chef Ahmad Al Zamil from Kuwait who has a fan base of a whopping 4.2 million, Abir El Saghir - the Lebanese chef who captured the hearts of millions on social media, celebrity chef Leyla Fathallah, and the Egyptian culinary expert Salma Soliman.
