Dr Najima Tai Tai Ghazali holds a PhD in Semiotics from the Sorbonne University (1991) and previously served as Morocco’s Minister of Non-Formal Education and Literacy. She is a professor at Mohammed V University in Rabat, President of the International Academy for Intangible Cultural Heritage, and a UNESCO-certified expert since 2010.

Dr Ghazali founded the international festival "Morocco of the Tales" and has participated in global academic conferences on oral heritage and intercultural dialogue. She is also a writer, novelist, and researcher in childhood studies, oral traditions, and semiotics.
